When you make a purchase from us at Your Pro Golf Shop, no sell is final until you inspect your purchase.
Golf Components and Golf Accessories 30 Day Money Back Guarantee
- Golf Components shafts & grips. Components must be returned in new, unused condition within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Shafts that have been cut or tip prepped are not returnable.
- Partial component sets are not returnable. Golf shaft sets such as taper tip .355 3 thru PW must be returned complete.
- Special order on non-stock shafts or grips are not returnable
- Accessories must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Your Pro Golf Shop will not refund partial packs of accessories
- Shipping cost for shipping products to the customer is not refundable.
- Customer will pay shipping cost for returning to Your Pro Golf Shop.
Training Aids Money Back Guarantee
- Training Aids must be returned unused within 7 days from delivery.
- Must be returned in the original packing.
Products Not Returnable
- Golf shafts that have been cut or tip prepped
- Non stock special order products
Need To Return A Product
To return a product at Your Pro Golf Shop, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department by telephone or e-mail. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
We recommend using a carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx which has tracking is included. United States Postal Service offers insurance and tracking however may cost extra. UPS and FedEx tracking is included and insurance is included free for the 1st $100.00.
Shipping insurance is not required but recommended. Customers are required to appropriately package any return, Your Pro Golf Shop is not responsible for damaged return shipments.
