Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:
Shafts and grips must be in new, unused condition and returned within 30 days of delivery.
Shafts that have been cut, tip-prepped or altered in any way are not returnable.
Special-order, non-stock shafts cannot be returned.
Need to Return a product?
To return a product at Your Pro Golf Shop, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department by telephone or e-mail. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.
